1.5 hours from Marrakech, Imlil is the perfect starting point to discover the High Atlas and its Berber villages. This hike takes you through cultivated terraces, walnut groves and mud-brick houses clinging to the mountainside.
You'll walk to the village of Armed (2000m altitude), have lunch with a Berber family and enjoy spectacular views of Mount Toubkal (4167m), the highest peak in North Africa. Overnight stay with a family is possible.
